On April 20, 2026, Mango Aviation Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Anyou Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed an equity transfer agreement, completing the acquisition of 100% of the equity of Nanchang Network Information Vocational College project under Jiangxi Hezheng Yu Zhong Education Technology Industry Co., Ltd.
Mango Aviation Group has been deeply involved in Jiangxi and has established an entire aerospace education industry chain. It is committed to cultivating high-quality aerospace technology and skills talents. This project acquisition is a key measure for the group to optimize resource allocation, deepen aerospace education-industry integration, and improve the layout of vocational education. The total land area of the project is 167.97 mu, and the total construction area is over 100,000 square meters. Four teaching and training buildings, one library, one gymnasium, one comprehensive building, and four student dormitories have been built as complete educational facilities. The hardware conditions are mature and the development space is vast.
Mango Aviation Group focuses on investment, construction and operation of aerospace education, and possesses mature project management, resource integration and educational operation capabilities. It will fully undertake the subsequent construction, educational preparation and operation development work of the project. This transfer will efficiently revitalize high-quality educational assets, accelerate project implementation and effectiveness, and help improve the quality of vocational education in Jiangxi and build a team of skilled talents.
Both parties unanimously stated that they would take this cooperation as a new starting point, strictly fulfill the terms of the agreement, efficiently advance the subsequent work such as asset handover and approval procedures, ensure a smooth transition of the project and its standardized operation, and jointly contribute to the high-quality development of education in Jiangxi and the local economic and social construction.
